Final work product is always reviewed and signed off by both the Superintendent and the President to ensure the highest possible quality.
PROJECTS Llorens Contracting has successfully completed over 470 diverse construction projects over its short tenure and continues to have a very solid reputation with our clients both big and small – Home Depot, Lowes, Sears, Miami‐Dade County, Miami-Dade Public Schools, and other public and private entities.We have successfully completed over 352 projects for Home Depot Renovation (REO) Division on behalf of Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, Fannie Mae, and Private Investors. We have closed over 40 projects for five Lowes stores and over 50 projects for Sears.
The Leamington Hotel in downtown Miami received ADA work, and on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach we built a Taco Restaurant – HuaHua’s Taqueria. The Cynthia Hotel and Apartments in Miami Beach received a complete smooth stucco finish and paint as well as impact windows for its 75 units. We’ve also completed two Miami-Dade County Public School CM & Risk projects. Llorens Contracting has proven capability to execute various types of projects in all facets of construction.
